Although there can be many disturbingly accurate information in how Hollywood depicts these things, it is truth mixed with lies as is true in everything. They can sense the left ear, the right ear, a space on the upper right corner, right directly above the mind space centered at the top and outside of the head all together.
Extreme pulsations in one area or pulsations in multiple areas that are off rythmn and don’t match as though you have several heart beats that are off rtyhmn with one another.

Strong pulsation in the thumbs, ears, stomach, pelvic or groin areas that are not present in other parts of the body.
They weren’t far away at all; they were very close and had colors like orange, yellow, blue and green. I then called a friend to make her go outside and see if she could see them too. She literally was able to see one while we were on the phone and she couldn’t believe it. Which I am glad she did see it because I thought it was just a vision or my eyes being messed around with by spirits.
Vertigo or depth perception issues.
